Multiple samples can be detected at the same time, and the experimental efficiency is high. There is no wear and slag phenomenon, and each sample is in a separate fully enclosed test tube to avoid cross-contamination; a cooling water circulation system is optional, which is convenient for samples to be placed in a water bath at 4°C. So that the energy distribution is uniform, and the ultrasonic effect is completed. Besides, it has flexible ultrasonic parameter setting, standardized experimental steps, good experimental repeatability, and high reliability of results.
It has gradually become an indispensable standardized tool for ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation) and DNA shearing research platforms because of the high experimental efficiency, reliable results and good repeatability, and can handle a sample of 5ul at least, which is suitable for precious samples.
