Bionoon-64P非接触式超声波DNA打断仪，采用等温、非接触的方式，可隔着离心管一次性对64个样品进行打断、匀浆和混合。可用于无菌、超微量破碎以及染色体打断，专为二代测序DNA样本及染色质免疫共沉淀实验样品前处理定制，最少可处理5UL微量样品，适用于珍贵样本。

Bionoon-64P Non-contact ultrasonic DNA interrupter uses an isothermal, non-contact method to break, homogenize and mix 64 samples at a time through a centrifuge tube. It can be used for asepsis, ultramicro breakage and chromosome breakage, specially customized for the pre-treatment of second-generation sequencing DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation experiment samples, at least 5UL trace samples, suitable for precious samples.

三、工作原理  Working principle

通过压电转换器，将电信号转变为高频声波信号，产生数百万的分子“空穴”，利用“空穴”在几秒内变大、破裂产生的瞬时流体剪切力，通过等温、非接触的方式对样本进行打断、匀浆和混合。

Through piezoelectric converters, electrical signals are converted into high-frequency acoustic signals, creating millions of molecular "holes" that utilize "voids.The instantaneous fluid shear force generated by the hole's enlarging and breaking in a few seconds interrupts, homogenizes, and mixes the sample in an isothermal, non-contact manner.
